Software License Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: 2026

1. Grant of License

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using D3 HTML to Video ("the Software"), you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license to install, execute, and operate the Software on up to three (3) personal or business computing devices owned or directly managed by you.

2. Permitted Uses (Commercial Rights)

You are granted full commercial exploitation rights for all video files rendered by the Software. This includes:

  • Client Delivery: Rendering and selling finished video deliverables to clients, employers, and commissioning parties.
  • Monetized Content: Utilizing output videos in monetized YouTube channels, video courses, podcasts, social media advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Products & SaaS: Incorporating output videos into commercial web applications, promotional reels, templates, and digital storefronts.
  • Zero Royalties: No ongoing royalties, profit-sharing, or creator attribution are required.

3. Restrictions

While you own your output videos, the Software application itself is proprietary. You may not:

  • Share, publish, or publicly distribute your personal license key or activation credentials.
  • Re-bundle, package, or resell the Software as a white-labeled service or competing commercial utility.
  • Run the Software on automated multi-tenant cloud server farms without a specialized Enterprise Server License.

4. Digital Product Policy (All Sales Final - No Refunds)

D3 HTML to Video is a digital software product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access to the software download, standalone executables, and perpetual license keys is granted instantaneously upon transaction completion, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

Nature of Digital Goods

Unlike physical goods, digitally delivered software runs entirely offline on your local machine and cannot be returned once delivered. Consequently, no refunds, chargebacks, exchanges, or partial credits can be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Lack of specific third-party JavaScript library compatibility or unconventional web code structure.
  • Hardware performance or encoding speed differences across personal computers.
  • Infrequent use or no longer needing video conversion capabilities.

Pre-Purchase Verification

We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to test their workflows using our free, interactive online motion sandbox demo and review the comprehensive setup tutorials and technical documentation before purchasing.

5. Transferability

Licenses are registered to an individual purchaser or legal entity and may not be resold, rented, or transferred to third parties without prior written consent from D3 Motion Engine.
